It was founded in 1951 as a winery; in 1974 changed its name and is called the “Cantina Produttori del Gavi.”
Today the winery has about 105 members and all members must give totally the grapes produced on their farms.
The harvest is done manually by making a selection of the grapes according to their quality.
The Cellar points to a more and more ‘diverse wine production following the more’ recent technological innovations in the vineyard and in the wine, thus achieving ‘great quality results.
